Product info

Metal quenching oils are blended from refined paraffin base oils and special additives for heat treatment. Oil with high flash point and low volatility, has good thermal and oxidation stability, helping to improve cooling efficiency and increase product brightness.

– ISO 15, 22 grade oils have low viscosity levels, used for fast-speed, low-temperature quenching processes. Tank temperature is usually below 65 C.

– ISO 32, 46 grade oil has medium viscosity, dual application for both low temperature quenching and high temperature quenching, working temperature range up to 90 C (open system) and 150 C (closed system) ).

– Applying hardening to easily deformed parts with complex geometries, made from regular steel and alloy steel. The oil is designed not for maximum hardening speed but for hardening product quality with high uniformity and low distortion.
