Instructions for mixing oil and water are:

– Rolling and pulling 1:5 – 1:10.

– Turning, threading, sewing, polishing 1:10 – 1:15.

– Lathe, stamping, rolling, drilling, swirling, grooving.

– Rolling milling, peeling, shaping, planing, engraving 1:10 – 1:20.

– Grind 1:20 – 1:30.

Product info

Aqueous cutting oil is an emulsion cutting oil with anti-rust additives and sulfurized anti-extreme pressure additives. Oil has the ability to create a stable emulsion when mixed with water. The oil emulsion achieves excellent cooling and wetting properties.

The product is recommended for machining that requires high skills on steel, materials with high hardness and tension. Not recommended for non-ferrous metals.
Composition: emulsified cutting oil with anti-rust additives and sulfurized anti-extreme pressure additives.
