Novo Japan factory is located in Xuyen A industrial park, Long An on 35,000 m2. With three building blocks including a production area, storage area, and office area, the factory has complete infrastructure and modern equipment meeting ISO 9001:2000 standards operated by a team of experienced experts. On a closed process, fully automatic line, Japanese technology dispensing and filling system, each Novo Japan brand lubricant product has the highest quality.
The factory has synchronous and modern equipment and machinery, with a capacity of 60,000 tons/year. Automatic systems include: a base oil tank with a capacity of 1000 tons, an oil extraction machine system with 8 taps, 6 taps, 2 nozzles for bucket oil extraction, 1 nozzle for drum oil extraction; system of capping machines.
To ensure quality in the production process, the factory has invested in building laboratories operated by a team of experts from many different countries. Via testing helps us strictly control the quality of input materials and output products and logically follow international standards. In addition, the laboratory is also a place for experts to research and improve products as well as develop new products to meet the innovation of market needs

MANUFACTURING PROCESS WORK ?
IMPORT OF BASE OIL: Novo Japan uses high-purity base oils and additives from the world’s largest corporations
RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION: Raw materials are thoroughly checked by specialized and modern equipment before being put into the tank (V= 2000 tons. tank)
PREPARE: The oil is prepare according to standards tested by a highly qualified team and tested by advanced machines before being packaged and produced.
PACKAGING & PRODUCTION : Oil is packaged by an advanced line system, ensuring the right quality standards. Machines are also inspected regularly according to state regulations issued.
CUSTOMER CARE: Marketing staff advise enthusiastically, regularly ask, solve quickly and responsibly when there are any difficult problems from customers.
